By accessing and using the cloud infrastructure services provided by Agilercloud, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully.
Agilercloud offers cloud hosting services and virtual private servers (VPS) for large corporations. The B2B platform provides agile deployment tools, automated backups, and control panels for software architects. The scope of the service is limited to what is described in the contracted plan and in the technical documentation available in the administration panel.
The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials, the configuration of their applications, and the content stored on the servers. Agilercloud is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the tools, incorrect configurations, or non-compliance with applicable laws by the client.
Agilercloud shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, service interruption due to force majeure, external attacks, scheduled maintenance, or failures in third-party infrastructure. The total liability of Agilercloud is limited to the value of the contracted service during the period in which the incident occurred.
All software, documentation, control panels, and tools provided by Agilercloud are the property of the company or its licensors. The client does not acquire any ownership rights over these elements, only a limited use license for the contracted service.
Agilercloud reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service if the client breaches these terms, engages in illegal activities, or affects the stability of the platform. The client may cancel their service at any time by following the procedure indicated in the control panel. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be made for unused periods.
Agilercloud may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the administration panel or by email. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
